One PDF in. Text, tables, drawings out.

A desktop app for an engineering client: technical project PDFs become editable Word, Excel and CAD files, on their own computer.

01 Challenge

Project PDFs of up to 2,000 pages, in Russian and English, to the GOST standard, had to become editable again.

02 Approach

Native vector extraction first, so drawings stay exact. Local OCR and vision models only for scanned pages, and an installer anyone can run.

03 Solution

Each page splits into three streams: text to .docx, tables to .xlsx, vectors to .dxf, ready to edit.

04 Results

Outcomes are to confirm with the client. Sample pages appear only as recreations, never their documents.
