Every work order on one line.

Production and project tracking for the same door maker: an office mode to plan, a shop-floor mode to work. The first pilot is running now.

01 Challenge

Follow every work order through production, from the office plan to the worker at the station, without slowing either down.

02 Approach

A PRD first, then a high-level design with sequence and state diagrams. One system with two modes: the office administers, the shop floor works.

03 Solution

Designed so each work order moves between stations as a clear state: the office plans and follows it, the shop floor sees only its next job.

04 Results

The Phase 1 pilot is in progress. Results come after the pilot, to confirm with the client.
